I always encounter informative friendly ~ clerical staff. nurses. physician assistant. & doctor *Bayard who happens to be my pcp}.I always receive a call back by the end of the day..prescription line .. staff so helpful.friendly. and go that extra mile..{dealing with the individual pharmacies can be a bit much} I grateful to rec7eive such wonderful care empathize with them..

I took my 87 year old Mom early this morning, early as in we opened the place, for an MRI. She has been fairly sheltered since Covid. Tina N. ( apologies for not taking down her last name) was my moms technician. She was so warm, thorough and engaging. I think my mom would have easily traded me in for her. My mom has some special needs when it comes to certain diagnostic equipment and Tina was exceptionally responsive which made the experience very comfortable for my Mom. More Tina’s in this world please?

Nice building with great parking. Everything here is built with wheelchairs in mind. It makes it very easy to get in and out of for everyone. Once inside, you'll find yourself in a large open area. There are no tight squeezes or narrow halls. It's very easy to get around, even with cane or walker. The people working here are very friendly and helpful. They make it a pleasant experience.

I have not physically gone here myself, however, my significant other does, and they completely screwed him, been there for 10 years and out of no where they don't retain him as a patient and now he can't get his prescription filled. 1 letter was sent about a doctor leaving, but not the second doctor though, so now he can't get a prescription he has been taking for years, and they are okay with the potential side affects this will have on him. I thought about switching to this location, and I have changed my mind. EDIT- 11/2: - I have changed my rating for this office. My husband finally got the help he really needed and got his prescription. thankful for the managers and higher-ups at this office for really going to bat for him.

Diana Piskala and her Medical Assistant June are the kindest and sweetest people who work in this reliant medical building and there is no other primary care doctor I would go to. They make me feel comfortable and at home during my visits when I’m getting my physical done. Megan at the front desk is very nice and helpful too when you first walk in and she checks you in and she answers any questions on where you need to go and such.

I had an MRI today and it was pretty enjoyable, considering. This was BY FAR the best MRI I have ever had and I have had a few in the past. The machine is state of the art so besides headphones and earplugs to drowned out the sound of the machine they had a mirror above me so I could watch videos and pictures of lakes, oceans, animals etc. The mirror made me feel like the roof of the machine wasn't there thus alleviating my claustrophobia and anxiousness, plus the picturesand videos calmed me. The staff was great they kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay and was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Reliant to anyone who needs a MRI

Location of the medical facility is conveniently located off the highway exit and there is plenty of free parking available for patients and visitors. The building is fairly new with good equipment and clean facilities. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to check in online before hand but you can also checkin upon arrival either using a kiosk or by working with a receptionist. The process is efficient and with an appointment the wait time was very less. Overall, it was a good experience.

I dropped someone off for their appointment and I was able to use the public restroom. The receptionist was very helpful and polite as she directed me to it's location. The restroom was clean and in good condition. There also was plenty of parking, including handicap parking spots near the entrance.

Absolutely love their new facility and location. They are on the other side of Greendale Mall's parking lot. Get your medical needs taken care of and then go shop! The new building is high tech. This was my first visit to new location. When I entered the main a lobby a woman met me and gave me directions! You can do online check-in at the kiosk or check in with a live person all on the first floor. When I went up to my doctor's office I did not have to check in again. Just take a seat. There was a short wait! The tables have charging stations for your devices! Valet parking is offered.

I had an MRI at the Neponset St Worcester location last week at 7 in the morning. I was greeted by Vivian and she was so upbeat and business-like; clearly explained what to expect and efficiently collected necessary insurance information. I sat down to wait to be called by the MRI technician and while waiting observed her interaction with several other patients and saw the same courtesy and helpfulness continue with each one. It's not often one sees such a top notch employee and I just wanted to make sure your organization was aware that you certainly have one!!
